I take my job role and the organisation I am working for very seriously – always striving for excellence, innovation and productive company results – doing so using my own initiative or as part of a team. I am very well organised, reliable, highly motivated, flexible, and hard working to keep my standards high. also possess excellent communication- and customer service skills. I have the qualifications as well as the attitude to work in a fast paced environment – as a team leader and also within a team. I have grown and managed my own business for now 4 years. I have proven my team leading skills as well as my problem solving skills in a former job as the company’s Quality Management Representative and sole Team Leader of a team of ten. I have all together 18 years of experience in Care (of different environments), simultaneously 13 years of experience in B2C sales, 5 years as a personal assistant of several managers (department, store and area managers), 15 years of experience in work related training of students and interns and 4 years experience as a sole-trader. I love challenges and to constantly find ways to further my own personal development, as well as my career. You will not regret choosing me for this role!

I have spend my childhood in East Germany, where I had been studying English since 1992 (from the age of 12 yrs.), which I’ve continued through my A-Levels, University, work-life and also at home. I grew up in a teacher’s household and have been brought up with behind-the-scene insight on the topic of teaching primary school students as well as young adults for the greater part of my life. I’ve moved to Northern Ireland in 2007 where I became a native speaker of the English language. I also have been freelancing as a translator (German-English). For the past 12 years and have written and published several books and ebooks across various topics written in the English language. I’m currently writing on a motivational guide book for young adults which is planned to be published at the end of this year (2020).

I have previously taught German as a foreign language to English speaking natives of all ages as a volunteer and private teacher, between 2008 and 2010. In the past 18 years I have gained substantial experience in guiding and teaching students and interns in my previous profession as a General Nurse as well as having educated several interns in my own photography business VenicePeach.com for the past 4 years.

I think that languages connect people of different cultures. By doing so, life itself becomes so much richer and meaningful. I have friends from all around the globe. Since as early as form 1992, when I just started out learning English. I have tried myself on other languages too (French, Latin, Spanish, Italian, Czech and German Sign Language), but I have always adored the English language the most, from the Old English Literature to today’s blogging culture. There will always be people, no matter where you go, that speak some English and will be able to help you out.
